Plants

The day before we left to go back to Washington, in April, I was desperately trying to get the plants I purchased planted. 

Some plants didn't make it, but look at the difference 6 months made.

 I have no idea what this bush is and everyone I ask doesn't know either.  It will be interesting to see how big it gets.



These are the flowers.  But, it also makes these seeds.  

This was what the outside wall looked like when we left.

Manuel looked after our house while we were gone.  He took out the tree and planted palms, where the ones I planted didn't make it.   We were surprised because we didn't ask him to plant.  BUT it sure looks nice.
