We stopped overnight at Ciudad Constitucion. We were greeted my a boy who spoke perfect English and directed us where to park and took our money. We never saw the parents. It is not unusual for kids to do business at a young age.
About Us

- We are both retired. Built a house near a beach in Mexico to spend the winter away from the cold and snow. Have another home in Washington on the Pend Oreille River where we spend the summer. We divide our time between the two homes.
